3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for Gift Card.

 

Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our customer support team at help@roklike.in with your order details.

2. For returns: Attach clear images of the defect/damage for verification.

3. For exchanges: Specify the product you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement.

4. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for the return/exchange process.

 

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

1. Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or used.

2. Customized or made-to-order products.

3. Items without packaging.

4. Products bought on sale are not exchangeable unless defective.

 

Refund Process

• For eligible returns, refunds will be processed as Gift Card or to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Important Notes

• Return Shipping Costs: Covered by us only if the defect is confirmed.

• Exchange Requests: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the product is defective.
